Vehicle and Vessel Dealer Licenses with Department of Licensing

This data is a subset of "Department of Licensing's Business Licenses Related to the Transportation Industry", and is a list of vehicle and vessel dealers with their license status and contact information with the Washington State Department of Licensing. They are also known as automotive and boat retailers. Vehicles can include but are not limited to off-road vehicles, snowmobiles, trailers, and motorhomes. Vessels can include but are not limited to boats and jet skis.

2. 1) Active – license currently in effect. 2) Expired – license has not been renewed for eligibility to do business. 3) Held – license is in a holding period. 4) Pending – license is awaiting verification. 5) Terminated – no longer eligible to do business. 6) Suspended – privileges have been temporarily revoked due to compliance issues.
3. The data is manually entered into the system and may include misspellings or unexpected variation. For example, COEUR D ALENE, COEURD'ALENE, and COEUR D' ALENE are all variations of Coeur d'Alene that appear in the dataset.
