1. Covenants and Official Statements are available in electronic form only for bonds reported to the Clearinghouse after April 2008. For earlier dates, email the Bond Users Clearinghouse or call Amber Siefer 360-725-2733 to request documents to be mailed to you. Not all bond issuances are required to publish Covenants or Official Statements.
2. Search results will return a maximum of 500 records that match the criteria you've selected. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, try narrowing your search by using more than one of the criteria or by shortening the date range. Click the heading at the top of each column to sort results by that field.
3. The online database contains records submitted to the Clearinghouse since January 2000. If you have questions about bonds issued prior to that, contact the Bond Users Clearinghouse for assistance.
