1.	This dataset only includes passenger cars, light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, and motorcycles.
2.	Vehicle descriptions were standardized using data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) where possible.
3.	Title transaction types include:
4.	Originals – when vehicle ownership is recorded for the first time in Washington. These could be brand new vehicles or used vehicles from other states or countries.
5.	Transfers – when the owner of a vehicle that was already titled in Washington changes.
