LFB trade union facility time granted

Section 66 of the Employment Rights Act 2025 repeals trade union facility time publication requirements for relevant public sector employers.

The data below is the legacy data published before the repeal (Feb 2026) The London Fire Brigade (LFB) had to publish annually the amount of trade union facility time granted. Data was published in accordance with the Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations, and the Local Government Transparency Code 2015. The London Fire Commissioner is the fire and rescue authority for Greater London, and runs the London Fire Brigade.
