1. To download data, please select the "Export" button on the top right of the screen and then select which format you'd like to save the data in.
2. Enrollment counts include students with a valid enrollment record in the organization at any point during the school year.
3. To protect student privacy, when an organization has less than 10 students enrolled throughout the year, "N<10 Total Enrollment" will display instead of a student enrollment count, and no language data will be displayed. Please see https://ospi.k12.wa.us/data-reporting/protecting-student-privacy for more information.
4. Language counts include the most recently reported language for a student at the organization level.
5. A student may have more than one language as the family's preferred language of communication.
6. OSPI is in the process of reviewing language codes for accuracy and relevancy. Languages reported in the 2024-25 school year may be different from languages in subsequent yearly reports. Please see CEDARS Appendix K in the CEDARS documentation at https://ospi.k12.wa.us/data-reporting/reporting/cedars for more information.
