1. Active status is subject to change and is only true for the date the data was collected.
2. Beginning with January 2023 data, this dataset has been expanded to include licenses regardless of where the licensee resides. Prior to this, data was limited to licensees with a Washington State address. This change has significantly increased the number of licenses included.
